The Portuguese Yearbook of the Law of the Sea is the journal of IPDM, published annually by Brill, in open access.

The Yearbook addresses all aspects of the law of the sea and includes the following sections: in-depth scholarly articles; current legal developments, which may include analysis of international agreements, state practice, international and regional organizations, case law (international and national), domestic legislation and other occurrences deemed relevant; as well as book reviews.
